Who Are We?
Challis WaterGuard is administered by Challis Water Controls, the UK's largest manufacturer of water saving showers and taps. Over 15 years ago the directors of Challis Water Controls came from the corporate banking industry in to water controls which gives us a unique perspective and experience that enables us to combine the two very different industries with the resultant innovative bespoke finance product that is Challis WaterGuard.
Over 4 million homes in the UK already have a Challis Water Controls product installed.
What is Challis WaterGuard?
Challis WaterGuard is a leasing facility which enables your organisations to fit showers taps and a whole range of water and energy saving equipment without the necessity of an up front capital sum normally associated with outright purchase. WaterGuard enables your organisation to spread the cost of equipment over its expected useful life and pay for it out of the extra savings generated thus releasing capital to be used more profitably somewhere else in your organisation. In real terms you are renting the equipment rather than buying and benefiting from all the tax and cash flow advantages that leases afford to a business. This enables your organisation to obtain what you like, when you like, for as long as you like.

Challis WaterGuard is restricted to only Challis Water Controls products. We expect units to perform at 100% under the harshest conditions and as such are very reluctant to put our money and reputation behind unproven products so unless we already sell the equipment or it is a proven well known product it is unlikely that we will supply it under the Challis WaterGuard Scheme.
